Overview
Neurowaze helps people with chronic pain find a practitioner who understands their condition, then book and see them online. We designed and delivered the patient app, the public website, the practitioner portal and the admin portal that vets every provider before they can take bookings.

The challenge
Living with long-term pain often means bouncing between practitioners who don't specialize in your condition. Comparing services and booking was slow and fragmented, and patients had no reliable way to check a provider's background. Practitioners, meanwhile, lacked a proper place to show their expertise and reach the right patients.

Our approach
We put matching and vetting at the center. Patients describe their situation once and see only practitioners who fit, and every practitioner is reviewed by an admin before going live.

Four products, one network
A Flutter patient app, a Next.js website and React portals for practitioners and admins share one Firebase backend and provider network.

Patients answer a few questions about symptoms, condition and goals, which drive the match.

Practitioners submit credentials and documents, and admins approve each profile before it's visible.
