User flows, screen logic, edge cases, integration requirements, cost trade-offs. All of it becomes a structured brief document that you approve before anyone opens a code editor. This single step prevents more arguments and delays than anything else we do.
Database structure, API contracts, authentication strategy, third-party integrations, all mapped out and documented before development starts. You get Postman collections that are kept current throughout the project, not written at the end when everyone has forgotten how things actually work.
